Cobalt Foils
Cobalt is a hard, gray, ferromagnetic metal. It is relatively unreactive and is stable in the air. Cobalt is insoluble in water and has a melting point of 1495°C and a boiling point of 2927°C. It is frequently used to produce magnetic and high-strength superalloys.

Physical and chemical properties:
Cobalt is a shiny steel-gray metal, relatively hard and brittle, ferromagnetic, and its magnetism disappears when heated to 1150℃. The valence of cobalt is +2 and +3. It does not react with water at room temperature and is also stable in humid air. Cobalt is an important raw material for the production of heat-resistant alloys, hard alloys, corrosion-resistant alloys, magnetic alloys and various cobalt salts.
